Welcome to Funstay. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Funstay provides travel planning, booking, and consultation services including customized itineraries, group travel packages, hotel reservations, and flight bookings.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due as per the payment schedule communicated at booking
- Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to bookings@funstay.in.
4. Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Funstay is not liable for denied entry due to insufficient documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Funstay acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the services provided by third-party suppliers.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
