- PAYMENT POLICY • At the time of confirmation: INR 30,000/- per person • On or before 30 days from date of travel: Balance INR 44,900/- + Applicable Taxes
- CANCELLATION POLICY • If cancelled on or before 30 days from the date of travel: Booking amount will be refunded • If cancelled between 20 to 30 days prior to the date of travel: INR 20,000/- per person will be charged as cancellation fees • If cancelled within 20 days from the date of travel: Booking will be completely non-refundable
- All departures are guaranteed, however, in case of Group Size less than 14, there will not be a tour manager. Tours will be conducted using shared transfers with attractions tickets. There may be a Local English-speaking driver/guide depending on the destination.
- In case of group size being more than 14, an English Tour Manager will be accompanying the group from Bengaluru.
- Any beverages & meals (lunch & dinner) if not specifically mentioned in inclusions are not a part of package.
- Standard Check in Time is 3PM and check out time is 12 PM. Early check in & late check out would be subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel unless specifically highlighted in inclusions.
- Any city tourism tax must be paid directly by guest at hotel.
- Any refundable security deposit required by hotels needs to be paid by guests directly. We recommend providing a credit card preauthorization for such cases.
- Flights whenever included could be direct or one stop flight at the discretion of company.
- The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon availability without prior intimation, however all inclusions will be covered irrespective of any change in itinerary.
- If any Vehicle is required apart from the mentioned itinerary, then extra charge will be applicable to be paid on the spot. Dinner or Shopping trips will be charged extra.
- In an unfortunate scenario of a guest turning COVID positive during the stay in trip, expenses related to quarantine and medical treatment, if any, will have to be borne by the guest. Funstay will not be responsible for facilitating the same and guests need to follow the advice in accordance with local Govt guidelines.
- Guests are required to check all details (Names, Dates, Resort & Package Details) upon receipt of confirmed booking voucher and immediately highlight any errors in the same. While Funstay will try to accommodate any correction requests until the latest possible on best effort basis, we cannot guarantee the changes if the same is not brought to notice at the time of receipt of such vouchers.
- Funstay will not be liable for refunds in case of cancellation on account of force majeure. Having said that, company will try to secure refunds to the best of its ability.
- Funstay is not responsible for any change or cancellation in airline schedule, alternate arrangement will be done on best effort basis however any increase in cost on this account if applicable will have to be borne by traveller.
- In case of cancellation due to Govt restrictions, rescheduling or refund will be processed as per resort/airline policy, service charges applicable.
