PAYMENT POLICY FLIGHT: Full Payment LAND PACKAGE: At the time of confirmation: 25% of package cost On or before 30 days from date of travel: Balance 75% of package cost + Applicable Taxes
CANCELLATION POLICY FLIGHT (IF APPLICABLE): As per airline policy and selected fare rules. LAND PACKAGE: Visa Non-refundable 50% Cancellation charges if cancelled anytime after confirmation but at least 30 days before travel date 100% Cancellation charges if cancelled within 30 days of travel date
Any beverages & meals (lunch & dinner) if not specifically mentioned in inclusions are not a part of package.
Standard Check in Time is 3PM and check out time is 12 PM. Early check in & late check out would be subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel unless specifically highlighted in inclusions.
Any refundable security deposit required by hotels needs to be paid by guests directly. We recommend providing a credit card preauthorization for such cases.
The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon availability without prior intimation, however all inclusions will be covered irrespective of any change in itinerary.
If any Vehicle is required apart from the mentioned itinerary, then extra charge will be applicable to be paid on the spot. Dinner or Shopping trips will be charged extra.
Guests are required to check all details (Names, Dates, Resort & Package Details) upon receipt of confirmed booking voucher and immediately highlight any errors in the same. While Funstay will try to accommodate any correction requests until the latest possible on best effort basis, we cannot guarantee the changes if the same is not brought to notice at the time of receipt of such vouchers.
Funstay will not be liable for refunds in case of cancellation on account of force majeure. Having said that, company will try to secure refunds to the best of its ability.
Funstay is not responsible for any change or cancellation in airline schedule, alternate arrangement will be done on best effort basis however any increase in cost on this account if applicable will have to be borne by traveller.
In case of cancellation due to Govt restrictions, rescheduling or refund will be processed as per resort/airline policy, service charges applicable.
